INTENSIVE WORKSHOPS + OPERATOR PANELS + FOUNDER REFINEMENT SESSIONS

A Silicon Valley immersion experience for early-stage founders building technology ventures for economic justice and the public good.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you ready to transform your social impact venture into a scalable, community-centered reality? The Public Interest Technology (PIT) Accelerator welcomes nontechnical and technical entrepreneurs to an intensive, three-day immersion in Downtown San Francisco. In partnership with the Northern California Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Community Foundation (SIDGE) and Northwestern University, this experience grounds modern technology entrepreneurship in Dr. King's enduring vision for economic justice. Founders will refine strategy, master foundational business frameworks, and align product development with ethical and community accountability.

THE EVENT

The accelerator blends structural workshops, interactive panels, and dedicated refinement sessions to equip participants with actionable insights for long-term growth.

  • Day 1: Opening reception and networking dinner
  • Day 2: Product validation, venture structures, financial strategy, AI strategy for entrepreneurs, and a Silicon Valley operator panel
  • Day 3: Inspiring histories of innovation, data privacy, algorithmic bias, and fundraising logistics

THE RESULT

Leave with a practical post-accelerator roadmap
Refine your strategy, pressure-test assumptions, strengthen your business model, and align your stechnology with public-interest ethics and community needs.
