How do we understand the role of diversity in today's environment?

The NorcalMLK Foundation, together with the Bar Association of San Francisco and the Justice and Diversity Center, invites the public to a collaborative workshop on diversity and its legal dimensions in today’s evolving landscape. Experienced attorneys from the Bar will guide participants through a working discussion focused on how diversity is defined, protected, and challenged under current law. This session is open to nonprofits, community organizations, small businesses, and individuals seeking clarity and practical guidance. Through dialogue and real-world examples, the workshop will foster informed engagement around legal responsibilities, opportunities, and risks related to diversity. Attendees will leave better equipped to navigate complex issues while advancing inclusive and equitable practices within their organizations and communities.
