## San Francisco Public Library hosted the first day of of BCAF2017, beginning with Damian Duffy and John Jennings interviewed by host Shawn Taylor. Eisner Award winner and BCAF co-founder, John Jennings, and long-time comix partner, Damian Duffy, recently released the much anticipated graphic novel adaptation of Octavia Butler's best-selling science fiction novel *Kindred*.
